Starting point

The first step to understand the scope of the project was to learn what shaped a child's learning experience in Freetown and to find out how we could make improvements.

Support from local communities

Location, scale, and accessibility was absolutely crucial to this project. We wanted to make the biggest but most realistic impact to the educational landscape in Freetown.

End result

Contextualizing the needs of Sierra Leonean schoolchildren, their parents, and their educators helped us to construct a well-equipped, bright, and accessible place of learning.
